The Elvatun is a restaurant with a unique atmosphere. The building is built in traditional style Viking building, with open beams bases on wood and stone. The main hall is heated by wood fire creating a cosy atmosphere. In the summer we can open up the “stall doors” to the garden and river.
With three large 40 degree power-jet hot tubs, wood-fired sauna, and stairs down to the river, this is the perfect place to hold both the after-rafting as after-ski.
Our chef creates magic in the kitchen using local ingredients as much as possible. Our bar is fully licensed and we can accommodate groups up to 70 people indoors.
In the summer we have up to 30 extra dinning places under cover, outside.
The perfect venue for corporate events, tourist groups, bachelor parties, small & large groups.
Our hot-tubs and sauna are a luxury everyone should treat themselves to, whether after a rafting trip or in combination with the Elvatun Restaurant.
Three 40 degree, power-jet hot tubs will relax your whole body, the sauna will reach all your deep muscles and a dip in the cold tub or river will invigorate your senses beyond belief.
