Join our team of amazing river guides, instructors and drivers working on the Stranda and Raundal rivers of Voss! Guides are involved in all aspects and all activities we offer at Voss Active, from raft guiding to Team-building. Through the season we offer a reliable quantity of work depending on your skills and eagerness. Staff are also encouraged to take some time off to see the amazing country we live in and enjoy the many amazing rivers nearby!

The raft trips and most activities involve logistics, preparing refreshments, organizing and gearing up customers. We try to share the work load and variety of activities around the staff to give everyone a reliable and equal amount of varied work.

The main driving team is responsible for most logistics and general care of the vehicles, but the Guide/Drivers will take driving positions on rotation and be involved in other logistics during activities. We have a fleet of 2 min-vans, 2 16-seater minibuses and 2 large buses.
