High Ropes Park: Senior Instructor

We are looking keen and multi-talented instructors

The senior instructors work closely with the manager to run the park as smoothly as possible on a daily basis. They will be involved in all aspects of inspection, safety, training, planning, and daily operations.

Responsibilities include

  • Daily inspections and reporting
  • Operation of the park and park sessions
  • Training younger staff
  • Basic maintenance of the park and grounds
  • Following safety routines and ongoing routine development
  • Providing great customer service

Qualifications / Experience

  • Experience working in High Rope Parks or similar
  • Experience with booking and payments systems
  • Minimum 22 years of age
  • Driving license (preferably manual)
  • Experience of building or fixing Park elements is very advantageous!
  • Chainsaw licence is an advantage

Our park has been designed and built with our own brains, sweat, and tears! Over the years, we have developed the concept, adding new areas and facilities based on demand and our dreams, with much more development to come!

The park is open from mid-May to mid-October with varied open days. In May and June, we open for weekends and extra holidays, with occasional private groups during weekdays. During these periods, the workload is lower, but this is also when we carry out staff training and park maintenance. In the high season, from late June to the end of August, we are open almost every day, and the workload is higher than average as we make the most of the summer season.
