Booking Conditions

General Conditions

  • We accept cash and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Diners.
  • Invoice only by prior agreement, with a 10 day payment deadline.
  • Bookings are binding on:
    • Confirmation of payment for the arrangement. (Take care of confirmations).
    • Written confirmation from Voss Active – written also meaning digital confirmation.
  • Voss Active AS can make changes or cancellations of arrangement due to water levels or weather conditions not under our control.
  • Trips may be cancelled or moved if we do not have enough guests registered to complete the activity.
  • If Voss Active AS cancels, we will offer alternative activity if possible. The customer can choose to withdraw from the order and we refund 100%.
  • Participants are themselves obliged to obtain information about our participant age limits, physical requirements and health criteria.
  • Minor adjustments in numbers free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in, but please keep us updated) in case we need to change staffing)
  • Payment is required for booked seats that are not used on arrival!

Cancellation as a result of COVID-19:

Individual bookings with a value of up to NOK 10,000
  • Total cancellation due to travel restrictions, quarantine or illness within 24 hours before check-in: We can move or cancel the booking free of charge.
  • Total cancellation due to travel restrictions, quarantine or illness less than 24 hours before check-in: We can move the booking free of charge or can offer a refund / invoice 50% of the total value of the booking.
Individual bookings and group bookings with a value of more than NOK 10,000
  • Total cancellation due to travel restrictions, quarantine or illness within a week before the arrangement: We can move or cancel the booking free of charge.
  • Total cancellation due to travel restrictions, quarantine or illness one week to 24 hours before the event: We can move the booking free of charge or can offer a refund / invoice 50% of the total value of the booking.
  • Total cancellation due to travel restrictions, quarantine or illness less than 24 hours before the event: We can move the booking free of charge or: Refund 25% of the total value of the booking / invoice 75% of the total value of the booking.
  • Keep us constantly updated, and we will find good solutions together!

Cancellation Policy

  • Total cancellation free of charge no later than four weeks before the arrangement.
  • Cancellation four to two weeks before the arrangement: We refund 80% or invoice 20% of the booking’s total value.
  • Cancellation two weeks to 24 hours before the arrangement: We refund 50% or invoice 50% of the total value of the booking.
  • Cancellation later than 24 hours before arrangement: No refund or 100% invoice of the total value of the booking.
  • Cancellation in case of illness / injury: Must be confirmed by a doctor. Free of charge as long as we are notified before the arrangement starts.
  • In the event of cancellation, we request that a copy of the order be sent in writing to Voss Active AS with any attachments
